How long does it take to receive my order?
Apparel and drinkware are supplied from our facilities in the USA and Europe. Printing (done to order so we don't have to keep large stocks), quality check and packaging usually are done within 4-5 working days. Then it's down to the postal service.
With more specialised items like blankets, mats, duvet sets etc, it typically takes 5-20 working days for our products to reach our customers. In some rare cases, it may take a little longer. COVID hasn't helped at all.
If you are unsure, please contact us and we will assist you within 24 hours.
What if my order is wrong?
Each item is unique and you might find small differences between the item you ordered and the original picture. This includes features such as colour, pattern and fabric designs. If, however, for some reason you have received a completely different product, please contact us and we will assist you within 24 hours.
Why did I not receive a confirmation for my order?
This is typically down to the customer entering their email incorrectly. During the buying process, we send a confirmation, fulfilment and shipping email to you.
Import Taxes
Our team of Vets are all based all around the world, some still on Active Duty. Very occasionally our goods get flagged up for import taxes when they are received into your home-country and, unfortunately, you are responsible for meeting these.
How do I request a refund?
Although we have a very high level of customer satisfaction and retention, we also recognise that in rare cases, refunds may be requested. If you are unsatisfied and our customer support team cannot help solve your problem, simply contact us and we will assist you. Please DO NOT file a PayPal dispute as this can cause your funds to be locked, therefore making it extremely difficult to process your refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of orders will not be accepted under any circumstances. If you have made a mistake in your order (such as incorrect size or delivery address), please email us at support@military-gifts-direct.com and we will amend your order.
